Once upon a time in a bustling street of Gangnam, Seoul, there lived a young woman named J.
She grew up surrounded by the vibrant flavours and rich culinary traditions of South Korea.
From a young age, J always dreamt of creating something of her own, something that would leave a mark on the world.
Fuelled by her grandmother's and mother's secret recipes and her father’s expert guidance in Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving Skills and perfect Communication Skills, J's adventurous spirit led her to travel to England, eager to explore new cultures and cuisines.

His story

Meanwhile, halfway across the world in a quaint town nestled in the Polish countryside, there lived a young man named Si.
Raised in a conservative family where honesty and hard work gives success. His hands, called and strong, bore the marks of relentless labor. Despite his dedication, a restless spirit gnawed at him, craving something beyond constant hard work.
One evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, Si decided it was time for a change.
He packed a small bag, leaving behind the familiarity of his life. With each step, the weight of his past lifted, and his heart quickened with the promise of adventure, eager to embrace the unknown and discover what lay beyond his workplace.
He set his sail into the unknown, he took a course on England...

Their story

Their paths crossed unexpectedly as J seduce Si with amazing recipes and sparks flew as they bonded joining forces and embark on a new adventure together.
J spent countless hours perfecting her recipes, experimenting with flavours, and improving her cooking skills. Her kitchen became her laboratory, where she mixed ingredients with love and creativity.
Each batch of fried chicken and kimbap was crafted with precision and care.
But J knew that to turn her passion into a successful business, she needed more than just delicious treats.

She needed a plan...

Armed with determination and a business-savvy mindset, J carefully researched the market, analysed consumer trends, and mapped out her target audience.
Found a perfect spot in a charming Shambles Market. It was a humble space, but to J, it was the beginning of something extraordinary.
She rolled up her sleeves, adorned her apron and transformed ugly storefront into cosy, korean traditional street food store. Opening day arrived, and J’s heart fluttered with excitement and nervousness. Would people appreciate her creations? Would they flock to her store?
As the clock struck opening time, a line began to form outside her store. Word had spread about J’s delectable treats, and instantly everybody knew about her.
From that moment on, J’s store flourished.
Her passion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to quality attracted a loyal following of customers.

As time passes her passion, confidence and determination led her to expand her business and turning it to restaurant which in just a short time became more than just a place to satisfy cravings; it became a beloved gathering spot where friendships were forged and memories were made.
As the years went by, J’s business continued to thrive. She expanded her menu, opened additional locations.
Despite her enormous success, J never forgot her humble beginnings.
She remained true to her roots, always cooking with love and serving her community with a smile.

And so, the story of J’s store serves as a testament to the power of passion, perseverance, and the belief that with hard work and dedication, dreams can indeed come true.
